Dear Parent/Guardian
We have update for the start date for your child’s first day in the Tatanka Classroom at C̣aƞṡayapi Waḳaƞyeża Owayawa Oṭi. We obtained additional funding that would allow us to expand the classroom and add 2 additional students to the classroom. For this new addition, we were able to plan out and purchase the classroom materials and select a contractor to renovate the room. We are very excited to have this renovation complete to open the classroom.
With the renovation taking longer to begin than expected, we will not able to finish the Tatanka classroom and transition children and families into their new classrooms and begin our new incoming students on our goal date of September 6th, 2022.
Your child’s start date for our school will be: Monday September 19th, 2022.
